Thanks for your purchase! We want you to get the most out of your "Living" Microgreens, so we wrote this quick care guide for you. If you follow a few simple instructions on how to take care of your microgreens, you can expect a 6-9 days shelf life which is typical of most produce.

Please make sure the microgreens container is open to let it breathe. Once every 2 days, check to see if the grow pad is still moist. If not, remove the grow pad from the container and place it in a shallow dish or tray with some filtered water. Let it sit in the water for a few minutes to rehydrate the pad. Then put the pad back in the container with the lid still open on your countertop.

Once every 3-4 days, remove the microgreens pad from the container and inspect them. If the grow pad seems dry and the microgreens are wilting, they need to be watered. Place the grow pad on a dinner plate or bakeware pan. Pour some filtered or bottled water into the plate/pan and wait a few minutes for the grow pad to absorb the water. Then you can return the microgreens to its original container and put them back in the refrigerator. If the grow pad is still moist after 3-4 days and the microgreens aren't wilting, you don't need to water them. When stored in the refrigerator, it's normal to see condensation on the leaves. If you see too much water on the leaves, we recommend putting them on your counter instead. Too much moisture can lead to premature spoilage.

Always Remember… Do not top water your microgreens. They drink from their roots.
